We have confirmed the connection troubles between Smart Adapter W and iPhone/iPad w/iOS 10.0~10.1 has been resolved by updating the iOS to 10.2.

We would like you to use the following iOS to operate the Smart Adapter W.

Ver.7, 8, 9, 10.2~ (except 10.0/10.1)

We have confirmed connection troubles between Smart Adapter W and iPhone/iPad w/iOS 10.x.

<Event>

The connection between iPhone and Smart Adapter W via Bluetooth is shut down suddenly while Defi app (Meter C/Logger) is running on iPhone w/iOS 10.x.

<Cause>

We have been investigating the cause of the trouble. We have confirmed similar troubles of connection between iPhone and a car audio system.

We ascertain the cause as quickly as possible and consider how we deal with this event. We are afraid we would like you to remain iOS9.3 or earlier version to use Smart Adapter W for a while.
